How do I download the OptimusPoker software?

1. Click on the Download button below and when the following box opens, click on SAVE.

2. Choose the location where you want the file to be saved.

3. After clicking SAVE, the file will start to download. Once the downloading process is finished, the following box will pop up. Simply click on RUN to install the file.

4. When the following security warning appears, simply click on RUN.

How do I install the OptimusPoker software?

1. Once the download is complete, find and double-click on the OptimusPoker Installer  to begin the installation process

2. Go through the License Agreement and click on I AGREE to install the software.

3. Choose the folder in which you want to save OptimusPoker. Then, click on NEXT.

4. The installation process will then begin. Finally, click on END.

How do I create an account?
 

1. To create an account, it is necessary to download the OptimusPoker software. In the initial screen, click on CREATE ACCOUNT.

2. Then, fill in with the required information.

3. You will then have to enter the verification code we sent you to the email address you used to create your account.

4.  You now have an account with OptimusPoker. You can now make a deposit and start playing.

How do I make a deposit?

1. Click on the CASHIER tab in the software. Then click on the DEPOSIT tab. Remember that all you details must be complete in order to make a deposit.

2. Choose the deposit method you prefer, add your account and fill in with the relevant details.

How do I make a withdrawal?

1. Click on the CASHIER tab in the software. Then click on the WITHDRAWAL tab.

2. Complete with the amount you would like to withdraw, and then choose the withdrawal method you would like to use.

IMPORTANT: You can only withdraw money with the same method you used to make a deposit. If you deposited money with a method that cannot be used to make a withdrawal, you will have to make a minimum deposit with any of the available methods first.

How do I make p2p transfers?
 

1. In order to transfer money to other players, click on the CASHIER button that is in the Lobby of the software.

2. Then click on the TRANSFER tab.

3.  You will have to provide the required information: beneficiary nickname, the amount you want to transfer and an optional brief description.

4. Finally, click on the TRANSFER button.

How can I verify my ID?
 

You may be requested to complete a level of verification at any time before a transaction can be processed. OptimusPoker takes these measures to protect players from online fraud and we hope to count with your full co-operation.

You will need to verify your identity by completing and returning an identity verification form along with some other identity documentation.

Together with the verification form we require:

* A legible copy of a valid driver's license, passport, or other government issued photographic ID.

* A copy of the front and reverse sides of any credit/debit card used to deposit on your account

How can I change the language of the software?

The default language of the software is English, but you will be able to change the language in a very easy way.

1. Click on the SETTINGS buttons that is in the lobby at the bottom.

2. Then click on the GENERAL tab and select the language you prefer.

3. This change will not be applied until you start the software again.

How do bonuses work?

At OptimusPoker.com we welcome our new players with a 150% bonus up to $750 when they make their first deposit.

This Bonus has the following requirements:

• $1 paid per 75 VIP points.
• The bonus is paid in $5 increments.
• The bonus expires on withdrawal
