The game starts when a player places his initial bet (ante) of $1, $5, $25 or $100 and after getting the cards decides to bet against the dealer or not. One of the dealer’s cards is facing up and so you will be able to see how strong the hand is. The winnings will vary depending on whether the dealer’s hands qualify or not. To qualify, the hand must consist of an Ace and a King or better. The lowest hand is 2, 3, 4, Ace and King.

If the dealer’s hand fails to qualify, the ante is paid 1 to 1 and the bet is returned to the player. If the dealer’s hand qualifies and beats the player, the casino takes everything (the ante and the bet). If the player wins, they get the ante and the bet according to the winning hand.
